Durham Rescue Mission Bargain Center is located at 10701 Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh. This Bargain Center will provide Durham Rescue Mission Residents with a training center and jobs for men and women, many of whom were once homeless.
The Durham Rescue Mission Bargain Center is an excellent place for recycling and reusing for Triangle residents.
The Durham Rescue Mission’s Bargain Center at 10701 Glenwood Avenue offers 18,000 square feet of “shop till you drop” experience for those bargain hunters. Just opened, this climate-controlled building with plenty of parking, offers folks in the Triangle a convenient location for dropping off donations and for bargain shopping. Landscaping for the stores has been donated and is maintained by Greenscape, Inc.
This new thrift store offers many opportunities to help Triangle residents and the Durham Rescue Mission:
- Friends may drop off donations to recycle clothing, furniture, household items, small appliances, and other gently used items.
- Shoppers may purchase used items for reuse at bargain prices.
- Residents of the Durham Rescue Mission now have a training site that provides jobs for them.
- Volunteers now have a convenient location for volunteer opportunities to help their community.
The store hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday thru Friday and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Donations may be dropped off during store hours.
